Program design team

Magdalena, Marcelo and Aymeric _ all three experts in encouraging youth action with innovative events _ support the ELAYS team in designing the program for the 4-day event.

Magdalena Musiala – Trainer in leadership, team building and personal development
Magdalena is passionate about team work at all levels and has lead over 150 workshops and seminars, reaching out to over 2′500 persons. She works in Sweden and other European countries for various organisms such as the European Union, the Red Cross or Save the Children and is also involved in six organizations that promote youth entrepreneurship with innovative programs.

Marcelo Cavalcanti – Independent consultant in youth activation and social entrepreneurship
Marcelo currently works with young people among local indigenous communities in Brazil, to help them to connect with their dreams and put them into action. Before that, he founded and directed Artemisia Brasil during 6 years, creating training programs for youth to develop their entrepreneurial spirit and support them in the creation of their social venture.

Aymeric Marmorat - Independent consultant in youth action and social entrepreneurship
Aymeric founded and directed Entrepreneurs Sans Frontières (www.esf-france.org) for 3 years. There he conceived and lead training and accompaniment programs for the creation of social enterprises and emerging project leaders in the Parisian region. Since 2010 he works as an independent consultant and offers trainings in creativity and team building for the KPMG foundation and several renowned graduate institutes in Paris.
