Wondering if the program is for beginners or experienced project leaders?

We are looking for people with all sorts of levels of involvement, so whether you have never been actively involved in a social or environmental project or you have already launched your own venture, the ELAYS can bring you a lot!  All you need is to feel like you can identify to one of these categories:

Beginner = “I have not gained any project experience yet, but I am highly motivated to become involved in a new project.”
Junior passive = “I have already gained some experience in a particular project/organization but I am no longer working for it and highly motivated to become involved in a new project.”
Juniors active = “I have already gained some experience in a particular project/organization in which I am still involved and would like to take my project to the next level/I am highly motivated to become involved in a new project.”
Pro = “I have gained a lot of experience in a particular project/organization and I am/was one of the leaders of the project/organisation and would like to take my project to the next level / I am highly motivated to become involved in a new project.”
