ELAYS is not a conference, it is more of an “unconference”. We have nicknamed it a Think&Do Tank because basically we are providing you with a flexible and creative framework to think up some great ideas and then do something about it. Basically, you have got 4 days to turn IDEAS into ACTION with the aim of developping LOCAL responses to GLOBAL challenges.

The ELAYS is designed to be your event and your participation will shape it. We do not want participants that simply “attend” ELAYS. What we are really looking for are brilliant young people who want to jump into the dynamic of the ELAYS and step into action.
